Processing Times

All Neon Plum orders are personalised and carefully packed by hand.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving your order.

During busy periods such as Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll always do our best to keep you informed.

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, delays caused by Royal Mail or events outside our control are unfortunately beyond our control.

If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@neonplum.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
